Meet Our Team

Patrizia graduated in Pharmaceutical Sciences (Pharm. Sc.) and Medicinal and Industrial Pharmaceutical Sciences (MIPS) at ETH Zurich. She co-developed during her Master thesis the technology behind Lymphit and was awarded with the prestigious ETH Pioneer Fellowship. Currently, she manages the company, being responsible of fundraising activities, project management and business strategy.

Jovan graduated in Pharmaceutical Sciences (Pharm. Sc.) and Medicinal and Industrial Pharmaceutical Sciences (MIPS) at ETH Zurich. He brings hands-on experience in the commercial translation of a pharmaceutical product, maturated during his studies while working  in a early stage biotech company. At Dicronis, he is responsible of the R&D of Lymphit and further products in the pipeline.

Fabrizio has more than 10 years experience in business development and in bringing cutting-edge technologies to the market. He currently holds a position as Technical Director Science & Technology at Gfk and works part-time at Dicronis as business developer.

Dr. Jabinet holds a Master in Medical Biology from the University of Lausanne and obtained her PhD in Neuroscience at the University of Zurich. Her solid background in life sciences, matured after almost four years researching neurological disorders, and hands-on experience working in a very dynamic and multidisciplinary project, make her the perfect candidate to support our R&D department, both on the bench and the regulatory side of Lymphit and Dic02. She currently holds the position of R&D associate and regulatory and clinical affairs coordinator.

MassChallenge is a global non-profit startup accelerator and competition with a focus on high-impact, early-stage entrepreneurs. To date, MassChallenge has accelerated 1,211 startups, which together have raised $1.8 billion in funding, generated over $700 million in revenue and created over 60,000 direct and indirect jobs across the world.

Each year, MassChallenge admits over 300 finalists to its three- to four-month accelerator program across its five locations: Boston, Israel, Mexico, Switzerland, and the UK. These accelerators provide startups with free office space, mentorship and more. At the end of the program, the most promising startups are awarded equity-free cash prizes.

Scailyte AG officially received the ETH Spin-off label by ETH Zürich. We will receive support in various activities for the initial years after incorporation.

>>venture>> is an initiative of the ETH Zurich, McKinsey & Company Switzerland, Knecht Holding, the innovation promotion agency CTI, and École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL). The leading Swiss-wide startup competition supports young entrepreneurs in founding a company.

Scailyte participated in the 2017 »venture» competition and received coaching and valuable feedback from experts and investors. Our project was ranked among the Top25 business ideas from more than 100 projects in this track.

Innosuisse

Innosuisse is the Swiss Confederation’s innovation promotion agency. It provides consultancy, networking services, and financial resources to help turn scientific research into economic results.

Scailyte is part of the Inosuisse coaching program. We have passed the Coaching Acceptance in November 2017 and we are now working intensively with our Inosuisse coach to fine-tune our business plan and implement the go-to-market strategy.

Venture Kick

Venture Kick aims for an early detection and promotion of promising business ideas at Swiss universities and schools of higher education. Scailyte qualified for coaching and financial support after passing the first selection round in 2017.
